"SAKSHAMA" the technical management event firstly introduced at "ENGINEERING COLLEGE BIKANER" by Mr. Ashish Kumar Maheshwari. Sakshama is a Sanskrit word which purely means "to be able".Regarding this name to the event all Sakshama team just wants to indicate the word that ECBians are really able to do anything.This year Sakshama is celebrating its third generation.This year SAKSHAMA is based on the theme ANTI TERROR.
