Will the Hope finally Cope...

Hi friends !!

This time is very crucial for all of us as we know there is only one day left when it will be decided whether we can or not.
Yes I simply mean by the deal going to be seal on 7th of December 2009 held in Copenhagen. All the world leaders will be witnessed by the deal.

this time this is only the question,CAN WE?
Can we save our earth?
Can we stop our climate change?
Can we give our successors a better life than us?

YES we can...

This deal is only a way to make it global, but we all know how much it is important for us.Everybody speaks about reduction in GHG(Gree House Gases),we too but this is only the high time to prove its practicability. We are too a part and partial of this mission. One step is going to be put by Government another we should. So let your finger cross and hope for the cope. :)

Joomla,Drupal,Wordpress...

Hey guys !!!

This time I come with an interesting topic over which when I worked I got some interesting facts. We all are very well aware about CMS (Content Management System). There are lots of CMS available to work upon in market but we are in dilemma which one is appropriate to work.
hmmm... :)

Well according to me there are lot of factors which can be help in building your web reputation. But all of these CMS rarely fulfill these need, then we tends to the needs which we can fulfill with available options. One of the most required need is SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). What it really means?
when we search a keyword in Google,we get some results. We all know all these are not relevant but these are the results which are optimized by the search engine (google).Every search engine has its different optimization.Similarly when we search on other search engine like yahoo,Bing,Altavista we get different search results. It shows that which site is how much optimized with any search engine.

Now we'll talk about our title. We are very much aware about Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress.hundreds of websites are running with help of these CMS.But as we know Drupal won this year's Best CMS award. This is what I am talking about druapl's uniqueness from other CMS.Even White house government using Drupal CMS.This year wordpress stood Second in the list and Joomla third.

Definitely we can prefer Joomla for the purpose of making our site attractive but when it comes to our global ranking we'll not. There are lots of modules in Drupal as pathauto, nodewords which directly link our web url with the keywords. One more thing I like in reference of Drupal over Joomla as-
Can you predict just watching the url about what it relates to?
http://forum.joomla.org/viewforum.php?f=429
but now just watch this url-
http://drupal.org/drupal-6.14
:)
Everything is pity clear we do not search with help of keyword "viewforum.php?f=429" so that we can get this directly searching on web.But we do definitely with help of "drupal-6.14".That's the major difference which makes Drupal apart with other CMS.

There are other factors too as data security, creativity, architectural work which can be taken under consideration while evaluating best CMS but certainly these should fulfill our purpose completely.
Working in this regard I agree I have to work a lot but what I experienced I think I should share with you.

somethings we can never forget about...

Hi friends !

Have you ever heard anyone saying he/she forgot about his lifetime achievements.Anyone who says he/she do not remember about their life's golden periods.Perhaps it's as difficult to find as water on Mars.

But there is something which we can't forget and never want to. Yes I mean the same, about the sacrifices of every Indian done for our country.Yes I do agree I am late by one day but when every Indian was paying homage to all those legends then how can I be far from that.I am talking about 26/11,the day which stopped our countries cart for a while. The day when every Indian was struggling for his country. This is first anniversary of the day.It was a fight of 60 hour period when each and every person no matter from which cast or religion belongs to jumped into.Memories are certainly painful but the pain the legends had was still big.

After one year of 26/11 certainly everyone is again ready to cope with their daily problems but no one still ready to get these painful memories faded before their eyes. From Kashmir to Kanyakumari everyone gets their eyes wet remembering this.I told that I am late by one day but why I tell you.We have meet in our city to pay homage to all those legends who devoted their lives for us for country.[gallery]

These are a few photos which I capture on the spot. There we remembered the sacrifices of every Indian which devoted his life throughout the whole incident and pray to God may God reward them heaven.

But is this all enough to counter balance the these sacrifices?I think not.We all should come together and get believe our self as well as the whole country that we are the builders of the Nation. We can change anything. We are youth and we'll make our country young and energetic. We can contribute our life's a few moment for country if our country needs by any how.

Today is 102th birthday of one of the great poet of our nation Dr.Harivansh Rai Bachchan. On this occasion I want to recite a line of his poem "जो बात गई सो बीत गई…" Now it's time to take some essential steps in this regard.Taking this resolution I wind up this post and pray to God for a terror free world. :)

Our eduation system imparts 'KNOWLEDGE'....but 'WISDOM' ?

Hello Guys !!
Me again back to my blog with sizzling topic if we have ever concern about. Our Education system....

Sticking with post heading I wanna first explain a little bit about knowledge and wisdom.Knowledge is just knowing something doesn't matter from where and what. But other side Wisdom is something that gets us use that knowledge prudently for our predefine agendas. Indian education system is no doubt a superb education system which churns out a lot of geeks periodically. But in spite of these there are still some deficiencies in that. Well this doesn't show my attitude towards deficiencies of education system only it's belongs to the person who is having that. We'll discuss in this post.

first of all let me point out some points about ancient Indian teaching culture. Earlier it was customary to give some knowledge to student and check their wisdom skills for the reason that they can live their life happily. In today's system these are the basic drawbacks which we generally face.I am very much wrong if I say these are the drawbacks of our system.Because if this system doesn't present the success of lots of Indians in MNC's across the globe will be halted.
[caption id="attachment_124" align="alignright" width="300" caption="Wisdom"][/caption]
I will say this type of education system as a Knowledge based education system through out the post.Knowledge based system is essential for everybody because obviously everybody needs some raw material to fire his jet of ambitions.Directly approaching to the topic Wisdom needs a sound platform of Knowledge. Thus it's a fool some approach to just deny this system. But still this system requires some work to make it better for future. What is that and why?

I would like to initiate the need of practical education parallel to theoretical knowledge with the drastic example of BHOPAL GAS TRAGEDY.The workers couldn't save their life where few of them can.
What actually happened there? It was a leakage of METHYL ISOCYANATE gas. What the workers can do if they had some practical knowledge is they can lay down on the ground and put a wet cloth over their mouth. But since they don't aware about this they have to die. The entire age of an average human being spends in earning knowledge but do not get time to earn wisdom for practical work.

As I have discussed earlier that is this only the system completely faulty? If we are hearty pure? We have to think about something in this regard. In all this stuff somewhere we also performs a unique roll for ourself. We can chose our way as we wish. We are not bound by anyone. So why we only blame this system of education only.Whatever the the deficiencies Indian Education System has it's still emerging from these deficiencies.National Knowledge Commission's agenda 'EXPANSION WITHOUT DILUTION' is burning example of this.

One more point I personally feels that our education system should has that it should be completely free and open to all.Everyone can put their ideas and discuss openly with everyone. We can take an example of MIT university's open course ware which is accessed by lots of people openly. This idea simply leads practical knowledge as well as theoretical.
Thus working together and with target we can make our Education System better. :)

Life is all about Management....

Hi everyone,

After a long time I am back here and writing about something which surprises me a lot. we all talks a lot about management and always remains in race with our nearby to be ahead in the race of management.
But did you ever think what exactly is management?

I also didn't.But this is a fact that we manage hundreds of things in a single day but never feel proud for that. :) Management is not all about arranging your daily schedules in a proper manner but what I think our life is a beautiful example of management. For me selling myself is management.Selling goods to customer is a tough job but selling yourself to someone is tougher. From the word selling yourself,I mean to represent yourself before your customer. You make your customer feel that no one is mightier than you.

When I am saying this I remember the person who is neither a high personality nor a millionaire but he is the scrap collector of my street. But that's also true that he is the one.The way he talk to his clients and the way he calls for the scrap is really unique. That's only the thing which make him different from others.Everyone can identify him just from the way of calling. This is what I am saying 'SELLING YOURSELF'.

Management is not a proprietary item of anyone it's open to everyone. Even the tiny creatures are a part and partial of the term.In our daily life we can see ant's management.Management is not a thing which should be thought it's from soul.Reading the novel written by MR. JOE GIRARD I have learnt a thing that confidence breads confidence and management need confidence.

For me past few days were awesome as I had a great experience of interaction with different people and lots of new things to be learnt.I wish for myself that this journey of learning is keep on going.

BLACK...tapestry of GREEN

Google...who will be in the world do not familiar with the word.A very famous search engine for its valuable information and vast database.
But that's not enough to define the popularity and flamboyance superiority.Where Bing trying to grab Google position,Google going ahead in its way braking the barriers disclosing new ways of technology.
In this way Saving Energy is new motto of Google.

A few months ago, TreeHugger Mark Ontkush wrote a post on his blog EcoIron titled Black Google Would Save 750 Megawatt-hours a Year. The post lays out the following train of thought. “An all white web page uses about 74 watts to display, while an all black page uses only 59 watts.” Google, which has a white background and gets about “200 million queries a day” could reduce global energy use by 750 Megawatt-hours a year by simply changing the color of its homepage to black.
In response to this post a black version of Google emerged called Blackle.com. According to Blackle’s homepage at publication time, 4,408.917 Watt hours have been saved by. The site encourages users to “make a difference today by … Blackling "energy saving tips".But how does the search measure up? Very well indeed. Give it a whirl yourself and start saving energy one search at a time.
"Appeal is mightier than Appearance" which Google proves with help of www.Blackle.com Set this as your homepage and support the world.

Solar panel part 2

Hi friends !!!
I am back with my past discussed topic solar penal. In India now a days Jaswant and Jinnah can be a hot topic for discussion but the scientists just focusing on the quaint discussion 'save the earth'.In this way energy conservation is the burning issue.India is said to be land of entrepreneurs. Thanks to the geeks who are just following their ideals to save the earth and the energy resources.previously I discussed the latest and more productive system of solar panels floating on water. This time a very novice and attractive type of solar panels thanks to SRS ENERGY for such a sophisticate step in energy saving rally.

We've all seen the usual solar panels, mounted on top of the house roof, usually taking up only some of the roof space. It's usually hard to miss, because these panels stand out from the rest of the roof. Now imagine this - what if you could have solar panels, still mounted on your home's roof, but completely invisible to the naked eye. And therein lies the trick - instead of being invisible, have designed and transformed the panels into the shape of normal roof tiles. So, when you look up at your roof, you'll never know the difference.

What a truly novel idea, in my opinion. Technology that blends in and becomes basically invisible. The Solé Power Tile™ system is the first of a kind building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) roofing system designed for curved roofs.

This is a great example of how homeowners can make a positive difference by converting to green energy, without having to compromise the aesthetic appeal of their homes. According to the company, this system will be able to generate clean solar energy for decades.

The system blends in with several styles of clay tiles found in the US, which make it easy to integrate into an existing roof.

The Solé Power Tile™ System uses cutting-edge, thin film solar technology - very popular for its ability to convert a greater range of light, which incidentally includes the light range at dusk and dawn.

With the company's first installation, an area of approximately 300 square feet was installed, which should generate approximately 2,400 kilowatt hours of electricity per year.

Lets start the agenda "GO GREEN,SAVE EARTH"

One second....

Ahh... this one second...
what a charm in this 'second'.....
The importance of this second can be understood by only the person who really respect it.
Ask to Mr. BOLT if he miss touching the rope by one second to build a new world record.
Ask to Mr. PHELPS if he miss touching the target by one second.....
really everything is finished...
Me being a technical guy i can also understand the value of this one second but sometimes this one second is heart stopping moment for me also.Recently my B.tech 3rd semester examination result has been declared.I know for every Engineer this the one and only tough moment. All mighty, me passed this exam with 73% with all subjects clear.
But why i am talking about this one second moment?
I am talking about this because the very second before the result is displayed is very crucial for all the guys who are just set their eyes at the website. When the site taking its time to be opened.Ahhh... really it's the most intolerable moment...
This is not enough when the person get the result with some back, the moment is like the end point of life. :(
But these are few guys who can tolerate this and go ahead with a new zeal and zests.
Heads of to these guys...
with a hearty wishes and best of luck for future to all my technical friends, i sum up this post.
Have a nice day !!!!
:)

Firefox 4.0 Screenshots Revealed

It was really a supernova when Firefox 3 was released making a world record for most downloads in 24 hours, the guys at Mozilla had already started working on the next Firefox. I even got a glimpse of the Firefox 4 Alpha 1 from their FTP, but not sure if that was the official one.
Just like there was a new interface in Firefox 3, the FF team is again working on a new and much-improved interface for Firefox 4.

Two mockup designs have been released on the Mozilla Wiki to gather user-feedback and improve their designs further. These two mockups show two versions, tabs on top and tabs on bottom on Windows Vista default theme.

Tabs on Top

screenshot-1

A bookmarks menu has been added next to the address bar, also known as the Awesome Bar.

Tabs on Bottom

screenshot-2

Positives:

* Save Vertical Space
* Efficiency/Remove Visual Complexity - Right now the tabs have to be connected to something. So we are adding an extra visual element for them to connect to.
* Shorter Mouse Distance to Page Controls

Negatives:

* Breaks Consistency/Familiarity - Moving things confuses existing users.
* Title is MIA - With the space removed from the titlebar you only get the truncated version in the tab.
* Longer Mouse Distance to Tabs - Takes longer to mouse to a tab.
* Lost Space - Sandwiched in between the application icon and the window widgets you lose some space.
* Chrome-ish - Looks more like Google Chrome, the first browser with tabs on top.firefox 3

Create Your Own One Click Installer....

Hiii Guys !!!
After a long time returning back to post a superb post to create a one click installer as embedded in all laptops. My laptop came with useless shit vista and always wants to change this OS.Finding drivers is a hassle if you loose your drivers cd, especially in case of laptops. I was lucky enough to find a good tutorial to guide me through the downgrade process. There came the tough job after installing XP, installing the drivers for my hardware. There were around 20 setups to be installed, which takes more than an hour. I really hate installing those 20+ drivers manually, Wouldn’t it be great if there is a single setup file for all the drivers??

Luckily there is one such utility, Driver Genius If you have a computer already loaded with all the drivers, this software can backup all the drivers into a one click installer, this installer will make your life easy when you format your computer next time.

This software has lot many other features other than creating a one click installer, with this software you can

* Quickly backup drivers installed in system. It can compress the backup drivers to a zip file, self extracting file or an independent executable auto installer program.
* You need not install drivers one by one after reinstalling Operating System. Just need only one click you can install all your backup drivers automatically. You can also install drivers in command mode silently. If you need install drivers on multiple PC with the same hardware configuration, Driver Genius can save your much time to reinstall system.
* Are you still using an old version or beta version drivers? Those faulty drivers always cause compatibility problem. They are the biggest hidden trouble that cause system crash. A suitable drivers can upgrade 50% or even more system performance . There are more than 30,000 devices drivers information in Driver Genius Database that including Motherboard, Sound card, Video card, Network card, Modem, Mouse, Keyboard, Scanner, Printer, Digital device etc. All you need to do is one click, Driver Genius will find out all drivers that need updating. All drivers we offer are official version or WHQL version, you can use them without any compatibility worries.
* There could be some leftover drivers in your system because of changing hardware or updating drivers. Driver Genius can find out these useless drivers quickly and uninstall them.
* You can synchronize your database with driverGenius download server to get the newest version drivers by Liveupdate program.

Note: Make sure your computer is free from viruses before making a backup of your drivers, else the virus may come along with the drivers.

Solar Energy

SOLAR ENERGY the evergreen natural energy source,is a very popular but less practiced energy source. Now a days when we are tremendously fighting with Global Warming problem,
this can be one of the very effective resources.
The only problem with this technology is that this is not cost effective technology. you have to pay several dollar or what ever your currency is just for a single slab of panel. But now this drawback is also some what solved by the engineers of Sunengy Pty Ltd company.
The company has devised a fresh approach to capturing the sun's energy by creating a solar panel able to float in the water. In fact, it uses the water to dispel some of the heat generated. The liquid solar array power generator, or LSA, is made mostly from plastic, and as mentioned, it floats on water.

The panel only has a small area made up of photovoltaic cells, but a larger rotating plastic focusing lens above the area, both tracks and focusses the sun's rays throughout the day. The water is used to cool the silicon cells.

The lens is also able to submerge when fully rotated, which can then offer some protection during high winds and storms. The lens is robust enough to survive winds of more than 100mph, using the water as protection, despite being only 2mm thick. In addition, the water is also used to clean the lens when dipped under the water.

Now to get to the cost of implementation: The LSA technology has the potential to match the cost of producing fossil fuel. According to the company, the LSA is able to cut the cost of raw solar electricity from USD$5/W to USD$1.30/W in the short term, and in the long term to below USD$0.60/W under the correct conditions. This figure relates to about USD$0.03/kWhr.

Part of what makes this an efficient system is because the LSA system tracks the sun with high efficiency cells, thus generating more uniform power throughout the day than the conventional flat PV systems. The company has produced a working model as well as a 3D computer design of the model, and they believe commercial sales may be a viable within one to three years.

Bluetooth....

Everybody is familiar with bluetooth technology now a days.

It's simply a wireless data transferring technology. Since it's wireless so it's quite possible loss of data and because of obstacles speed problem but now we are introducing with a new bluetooth technology in which data transportation speed can be about 24Mbps.

The new Bluetooth 3.0 + HS is said to have transfer speeds of approximately 24Mbps. That is up from the current 3Mbps for the 2.0 + EDR version, which means the new version will be approximately 7 times faster than the current version.

This is likely to open up a whole new range of applications for the nifty little device. As might be assumed, computer and mobile manufacturers are already showing interest, but that's not all: The device is also attracting attention from television manufacturers.

Bluetooth 3.0 + HS will not only boast an increased transfer rate, but it will also run on a more energy efficient system, thus saving mobile devices power that have the device installed. One could call this an evolution of sorts. Imagine your mobile device, whether it be a laptop or a mobile phone transferring data files like photos and music up to 7 times faster, yet using less power. That's efficiency.

It is estimated that Bluetooth 3.0 + HR should be available within about a year, so we should see the device making its way onto the market during, or just after, the 1st quarter of 2010.

It seems that Bluetooth technology is one of those technologies that are likely here to stay, given its worldwide use.

Bluetooth is widely used in electronic and mobile devices such as mobile phones and laptops, and gives the user the ability to wirelessly transfer large files such as music or media between two compatable devices without the need to connect the devices with a cable or connecting wire.

Very First...

As this is my very first post so it's always vey difficult to choose what to post.

so after a long struggle with my thoughts i decided to  tell all my friends what i think about life and what are my expectations...
